McDonalds forgot what it's like to be a kid.

OG Mickey D's toys were next level.
The Most Valuable McDonald’s Toys of the 80s and 90s

I loved that damn yellow "A-Team (ish)" van when I was a kid. I have no idea what happened to it. I assume it went down the same way as the 1982 Hess truck I got my 1 year old baby hands on. It did not end well for the toys back then. My dad decided to get TWO Hess trucks every year, so I could beat the shit out of one, and put the other away so I could retire with all those beanie baby suckers.

My arch nemesis

Needless to say, I learned my lesson. One of these days I'm gonna put them all on display in my 3 cubic acre money bin, where I plan to swim around in my Hess truck millions.

Anyways, back to the topic at hand here. Got lost in the tangent for a few. The McTransformers were the 💩, as were the McNugget buddies, the Christmas Muppet Babies, and of course who could forget the Halloween buckets. Still have 2 stashed away in a safe place.

OG McD Halloween Buckets

The toys today just aren't the same. McDonald's pulled a Peter Banning and forgot where they came from.

I really gotta go on an adventure and locate all the other kick ass toys I had growing up.
