4-4 on the floor.

So I have an acoustic drum set. It’s just too damn loud in my current living situation. I’d rather not piss off ALL my neighbors. So I picked up this Alesis kit from the local music shop. It definitely does the job. Only tweak I want to do is get another mesh head and mount it off the floor and use it as a kick drum. Just need to figure out where I can mount it so it’s workable with my double bass pedal. 

Finding the motivation to play has also been difficult lately. I’d much rather jam with other people. Feeding off others musically is a wonderful feeling. I definitely miss it from my band days.
